When do I use this product?
We recommend you use this product after showing on wet or dry hair. Use before blow drying for extra cooling effect. You can also use this as a replacement of your regular dry shampoo. It leacves ZERO residue and keeps your hair clean and nourished.
Why do I feel a slight tingling sensation when its applied to the scalp?
There is a small percentage of menthol (derived from mints) in the product, which provides a cooling effect. This is completely normal and only a temporary effect. Menthol is commonly used in hair products as it is known to aid in hair growth.
Why is there a layer of oil that is separated from the formula?
On some occasations, you may see a layer of oil that has been separated because there is no unnecessary emulsifier added.
